Kakha Kozhoridze – The Advisor of the President of Georgia
 
კახა-კოჟორიძე.jpgKakha Kozhoridze was born on January 2, 1982. He graduated Department of law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with honor. In 2005-2006 studied at GIPA law program. In 2004-2005 he was an intern at Parliament of Georgia. In 2005-2007 he conducted private practice of a lawyer. He was a lawyer of a Lawyer group of Usupashvili and Zedelashvili).
 
In 2006-2015 he was the member of association of lawyers of Georgia, he is the member of “the Association of Young Lawyers ‘of Georgia and the founder member of the organization “Georgian lawyers for independent profession”.
 
In 2007-2009 he worked on the position of a lawyer in the Association of Young Lawyers of Georgia. On 2009 he was appointed as the director of the legal assistance center in the same organization and in the same year he was elected as a board member.    
 
In 2012-2014 Kakha Kozhoridze was elected on the position of the chair of the Association of Young Lawyers of Georgia. 
 
During his professional career, Kakha Kozhoridze worked on the specific cases of violation of human rights, supremacy of law, the system problems of justice and law enforcement bodies. He participated in more than 100 international, regional and local conferences, forums and seminars on the same issues. In 2013-2014 he was the head of the coalition of NGOs “For independent and transparent justice”. 
 
He participated in development of human right protection national strategy and action plan. He participated in working of various interagency boards for reform of human right protection and justice system. Since 2013 he is the member of State constitutional Commission of Georgia.

In 2009-2013 he delivered the lectures on the law Department of Ilia State University. He is the co-author of various research in the field of human rights. 
 
Since January 13, 2015 he is the President advisor in human right and justice issues.  
 
He knows English and Russian languages
e has a wife and two children.
