Zurab Macharadze - Deputy Parliamentary Secretary of the President of Georgia

ზურაბ-მაჭარიძე.jpgZurab Macharadze was born in 1984, 19 April. He Graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law.

In 2006, he was studying at Bologna University, on the Faculty of Law.
In 2007-2009, he studied on Master’s program at Bologna University, on the specialty of Business Law. Currently, he is a PHD student of Faculty of Law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. 

In 2006, he started to work at State Office of Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions of Ministry of Education. He was a lawyer of Law Firm “Tabidze and Partners”. 

In 2008-2010 years, he was in Italy, Bologna, where he worked at legal firm “Studio Agazzani & Associati”, at law firm “Franco Luigi, Stefano Dallas and Partners” as a lawyer, coordinator of Legal and Administrative Assistance Project of Foreigners and Emigrants at non-governmental organization – “Amici dei Popoli” and specialist of Fondazione Forense Bolognese /Ordine degli Avvocati di Bologna.

In 2011-2012 he was Director of Department of International Relations and Scientific Research at “Regional Center of Research and Support of Constitutionalism”   
In 2013-2015 he worked as Senior Specialist of Juridical Committee Delegation Group of Parliament of Georgia at Constitutional Court of Georgia.

In 2009 he was invited lecturer at Milan University.
In 2011-2012 he was invited lecturer at Shota Rustaveli State University.
Since 2015 he is invited lecturer at Grigol Robakidze University. 
Since 2012 he is assistant professor on the Faculty of Law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
He is author and co-author of more than ten scientific papers.
On 3rd of August 2015 he was appointed on the position of Deputy Parliamentary Secretary of President of Georgia.

He speaks English, Italian and Russian languages.
