President of Georgia visited the US Coast Guards Academy

Within the framework of work visit President of Georgia visited the US Coast Guards Academy in Connecticut and paid tribute to Georgian Cadets dies in USA, Soso Makaridze and Besarion (Beso) Gorjoladze.
The chief commander of the country was welcomed with military honor.
The first person of the country was met by Cadet honor guard in the yard.  To respect the guest Georgian flag was irrupted in front of Coast Guards Academy Hamilton Hall, followed by 21 military salvo fire  and Academy brass band performed Georgian national anthem.
Giorgi Margvelashvili was hosted personally by  academy director Contradmiral James Random and Georgian Cadets of academy. 
After the official part of greetings, giorgi Margvelashvili and Georgian delegation members held personal conversations with the host families of Georgian students.
Contradmiral Random thanked to President of Georgia for the visit to academy despite the loaded schedule.
On the other hand, Giorgi Margvelashvili thanked to Contradmiral Random for hosting and mentioned that mutual tragedy and pain made Georgian and American people closer.
According to the announcement of President of Georgia, tight partnership of our countries will deepen and enhance for the guard of global peace and security.
Within the framework of  the visit to Coast Guards Academy,President of Georgia visited the memorial wall dedicated to the death of Georgian Cadets,  Soso Makaridze and Besarion (Beso) Gorjoladze.
The chief commander of Georgia delivered a speech to academy personnel and cadets in the hall.
As Giorgi Margvelashvili mentioned, it is extremely exciting the friendship expressed to Georgian students by their course mates. 
It is shown and confirmed by the great respect that cadets express for immortalization of dead Georgian course mates.  
President of Georgia in his speech delivered to cadets talked about the challenges existing in region and the world.
The first person of the country highlighted the Black Sea Coast security issues in the global and regional context.
By the announcement of Giorgi Margvelashvili,  as a result of Russian Foreign Policy Abkhazia and 2014 Ukraine events showed that existence of such type of high education institutes is particularly important for stability of Georgian Coast Security.
The chief commander once again thanked to Coast Guards Academy for support and mentioned that this institute grows the best professionals to Georgian and US military forces who stand together for guarding the global and regional security.
Georgian Cadets Eldar Saganelidze, Konstantine Kifiani, Alexander Thereteli  and Officer Candidate Tamta Antidze thanked to President of Georgia for the visit.
In the end of the meeting President of Georgia took a memorial photo with Georgian and American Cadets.
