President Margvelashvili Congratulates Children with Special Needs on New Academic Year

Giorgi Margvelashvili, President of Georgia has visited the 200th Public School in Gldani and congratulated children with special needs on the beginning of the new academic year.
Marina Ujmajuridze, the school principal, has thanked Giorgi Margvelashvili for implementing a great project and renovating the school.
“Giorgi Margvelashvili is our honorary guest and this is not his first-time visit to our school. During his term as the Minister of Education, after visiting our school, he took a great initiative to set up a rehabilitation and living space for these children. He implemented a wonderful project and fully renovated the boarding school, dining area and restrooms. We are very happy that the President revisited our school, as if we give him an account about what has been done as a result of his efforts in this new academic year, as well as in the previous years after the renovation.
These children are happy when people visit our school, especially when our guest is the Head of State. Along with children, parents have also taken part in the ceremony and shared this joy,” Marina Ujmajuridze said.
