President Andrzej Duda Hosts Official Dinner in Honor of President Zourabichvili

President Andrzej Duda hosted an official dinner in honor of Salome Zourabichvili, President of Georgia, at the residence of the President of the Republic of Poland in Warsaw.

At the dinner, where the Georgian state delegation was also presented, President Zourabichvili and President Duda made toasts to honor the Georgia-Poland friendship.

President of the Republic of Poland wished Georgia faster integration into the European Union and NATO, and reiterated that Georgia can always rely on the strong support of the Republic of Poland.

Salome Zourabichvili thanked the Polish people and the President of the Republic of Poland for their support and faithfulness toward Georgia.

“The peoples of both countries have in common that they both know the value of independence, freedom, and fight. We are united by Christian roots, which are European roots as well. These values cannot be taught. This is deeply rooted in our culture and our nation’s identity. The Polish people and we both share these values,” said President Zourabichvili.

Salome Zourabichvili emphasized the role of all Polish state and public figures who contributed a lot to Georgia’s support and encouragement.
