Presidential Administration Joins Annual Earth Hour Campaign Celebration

The Administration of the President of Georgia joined the worldwide environmental campaign of “Earth Hour.”
As part of the campaign, the lights at the Presidential Palace were turned off for one hour - 20:30 to 21:30 on Saturday.
The “Earth Hour” is a campaign to emphasize the protection of the earth and is held annually on the last Saturday of March.
On this important day, millions of people give up temporarily their use of electricity.
The main aim of this campaign is to spread information about climate change, raise awareness on the environment, increase individual responsibility to protect the environment, evaluate our own behaviors, and change them to benefit the environment.
